My career spans regulated public services, carrier-scale platforms and enterprise AI. My final role at NETAŞ was Project Manager; I left the company in September 2026. I now lead Neura Parse, bringing together software engineering, research and product development.
As founder and technical lead of Neura Parse, I set the direction across research, product architecture and delivery. I frame the question, establish the evidence a result must meet, coordinate the people and partners involved, and decide when work is ready to advance.
That discipline now guides work in quantum decision inference and governed autonomy. Uncertainty stays visible, the conditions behind a result remain inspectable, and authority sits with an accountable person wherever the consequences are real.
Each role expanded the scope of the decisions I was responsible for.

At Neura Parse, I direct the technical agenda across research and product work. The starting point is a precise question and a credible baseline. From there, the team can decide what an experiment establishes, what an architecture must preserve and what remains unready for a pilot or operating commitment.
The same discipline governs partner and delivery decisions. Scope, responsibilities, confidentiality, funding and acceptance criteria have to be clear before a plan is presented as progress. This is how I keep advanced technology connected to the people and institutions that will eventually depend on it.
I founded Neura Parse in 2025 and serve as its active director and technical lead. The company develops research-led systems in advanced AI and quantum workflows. My role is to maintain coherence between what the research supports, what a product can responsibly offer and what a delivery team can stand behind.
The public register establishes a direct, controlling and executive connection to a UK digital-technology business. It does not evidence revenue, trading performance, filed accounts, customer adoption or investment.

Completed an independent technical peer-review assignment in cloud and edge networking, examining method and claims within the conference’s confidential review process.
This is an external technical evaluation role. It is not an IEEE award, a fellowship, an elected committee position or a paper acceptance. The review text itself is confidential and is not published.
Mentored undergraduate and master’s research in defence-related AI across several universities, reviewing interim work against methodological and engineering constraints. The programme issued a Certificate of Appreciation for this contribution.
This is official recognition of a mentoring contribution within a national programme. It is not a government award, a national prize, a public appointment or a competitive placement. Project details stay non-operational: no restricted data or sensitive defence methods are disclosed here, and no student is identified.
